POSTPONED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
The Jimmy Little Foundation regrets to advise that due to the ill health of Dr Jimmy Little AO, the Rock the Foundation Darwin concert at the Amphitheatre on Sunday 16 September is postponed until 2008.
Jimmy’s manager and Co-Director of the Foundation, Buzz Bidstrup said:
“Jimmy has ongoing health problems, is currently undergoing daily medical assessment and his specialists have just advised that he is unable to travel for some time. He was really looking forward to appearing so it’s appropriate that we postpone the event so that Jimmy can perform and represent the Foundation in Darwin. We anticipate this will be during the Dry season next year.
The best venue in Australia is still In for a great show Saturday 15 September with the Darwin City Muster and we’ll be there in 2008.”
The Jimmy Little Foundation will honour a full refund on all Rock The Foundation tickets presented to the Darwin Entertainment Centre box office.
